HearTrak Data Management System
HearTrak has been used to track the hearing of several million workers with tens of millions of hearing tests over the past 20 years. It is an easy to use, yet comprehensive, data management system designed to meet the needs of various regulatory agencies and hearing conservation programs.
For simple in-house testing programs, HearTrak can be as simple as selecting the employee and hitting the enter key a few times. Employee notification letters can then be automatically printed, formatted for the specific conditions experienced by the employee. Or, for the professional, comprehensive review and reporting procedures are available.
Letters and Individual Reports can be as simple or as comprehensive as the user desires since a wide variety of options are included to change the formats. HearTrak comes preformatted for both the Letters and Individual Reports. The preformatting is based upon 20 years of experience with a very wide variety of end user.
HearTrak is designed to run on a PC with the databases located on the PC or a Local Area Network (LAN).
Versions
- HearTrak In-Plant This system is designed for companies that test their own employees in-house.
- HearTrak Clinic This system is designed for companies (medical clinics, corporations, audiologists, consultants, etc.) who need to track an unlimited number of locations in one database.
- HearTrak Service Provider This system is designed for mobile test van companies or clinics that go to the client site to test the employees, or consultants who manage the data for other companies. Each client is maintained in a separate database. Each client database can have multiple locations.
