The Titmus 2a Vision Screener is an instrument that can test for binocularity, visual acuity, color and depth perception and vertical and lateral phorias. The T2a model with perimeter can also test for peripheral vision in the horizontal field. Controlled by a remote control panel with state-of-the-art tactile dome switches, the T2a model has a unique photoelectric sensor to check for correct head positioning. Depending on the type of test slides used in the instrument, the models are further classified as shown below.
