Quest 1700/2700

Quest's Model 1700 precision and 2700 general purpose sound level meters are microprocessor-based meters which are both versatile and easy to use. The meters display sound level, max level, peak and impulse readings on a clear, easy-to-read, digital LCD complemented by a quasi-analog bar graph.

With a combination of easy-to-use slide switches and pushbuttons, the 1700/2700 provides for simple operation. Housed in a rugged, light-weight case with internal shielding, the 1700/2700 can withstand the pounding of everyday use.

To conduct noise measurements from remote locations, the microphone and pre-amp are easily detachable. This flexibility also provides for input from other devices including the Quest Model VI-90 Vibration Integrator.

The capabilities of the Model 1700/2700 can be further expanded by adding any of the Quest Octave Band Filter Sets, both of which feature manual and automatic sequencing.
